Mrec IM responsible for a major repositioning case in Tampere
36Hatanpää, a 13,000 sqm office building in Tampere will be renovated into a modern business environment according to LEED Gold standards in a major repositioning case. The property is owned by Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden and Mrec Investment Management has been responsible for the development including letting and project management. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
