
PPI acquired care property in Helsinki
Public Property Invest ASA (“PPI”) has acquired a high-quality care property in Haaga, Helsinki, for EUR 14.8 million. The property is currently under construction with an estimated completion date in August 2026 and will comprise a total lettable area of 4,730 sqm. The property is pre-let to a leading care operator on a 15-year lease contract. The development is designed to meet high environmental standards and is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification and is taxonomy compliant.
This acquisition strengthens PPI’s portfolio of social infrastructure assets in Finland and demonstrates continued investor confidence in the Nordic care property sector. Mrec Investment Management manages PPI’s Finnish property portfolio.
