Public Property Invest ASA (“PPI”) has agreed to acquire three high-quality care properties in Finland for approximately EUR 28 million. The portfolio comprises properties in the Helsinki and Turku regions, totaling approximately 8,000 sqm of lettable area with 195 care places. Construction will commence during 2025 under a turnkey agreement with Hartela Oy, with completion dates between autumn 2026 and spring 2027. The properties are leased to established operators Attendo and Kototiimi Oy on 15-year contracts.
“We are pleased to support PPI’s continued growth in the Finnish care property sector. These strategic acquisitions strengthen the portfolio with high-quality, long-term contracted assets in growing regions,” says Ilmo Jäntti, CEO at Mrec Investment Management.
