Mrec Investment Management Oy will be the local operating partner of Public Property Invest ASA (“PPI”) in Finland within the social infrastructure segment.
PPI is a Norwegian property company with a long-term strategy of owning, operating and developing social infrastructure properties and is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
