SBB prolongs a major lease agreement to Q4/2032

SBB, through its subsidiary Hemfosa Finland, has prolonged the 14,124 sqm lease agreement with Senate Properties in Finland up to Q4 2032.  The property will be modernized to be fully in compliance with the newly established National Police Board police station concept. Antilooppi has sold Ankkurikatu 5 in Katajanokka to a company managed by Mrec Investment Management Oy

Antilooppi has sold Ankkurikatu 5 to a company managed by Mrec Investment Management Oy. The property is located in Katajanokka, a city center area in the immediate vicinity of Helsinki CBD. The historical and architecturally valuable property was designed by architect Selim A. Lindqvist in Art Nouveau style and was constructed in 1907 as a warehouse- and office building. The property comprises some 13,000 sqm and has later on been modified in several phases during its hundred year lifetime.
